So when Professor Briana Lane was about to attack the world's largest University system in real life, trying to root out corruption, greed, and a decline in public education quality that was failing the students, she was warned by the Editor at "THE CHRONICLE OF HIGHER EDUCATION" that her whistleblowing was going to put her in the cross-hairs of a University Presidents and Chancellors and their degree-laden Thugs who would stop at nothing to protect their multi-billion dollar business and their own perks and bank accounts.
